Territory development strategy in relation to construction production

This diploma thesis deals with comparison of regions of the Czech Republic between national economy in terms of construction production and selection of region with the greatest potential for development of construction production. In the theoretical part is defined the term region, which is followed by regional economics and politics. Another topic addressed is regional development territorial development strategies and indicators that capture the differences between regions. The practical part deals with the characteristics of the national economy and construction in individual regions, which is folloved by a draft strategy dealing with problems in the field of construction. The last part of the thesis, regions are compared according to the given indicators and the regions with the greatest potential for the development of construction production are indentified.
Analysis of the region and its development strategies

In this diploma thesis is described problematic of regional competitiveness issue. In the theoretical part is defined region as the main actor of regional development and its funding possibilities. In the practical part is described Olomouc region supplemented by SWOT analysis. Competitiveness of the region is achieved by statistical variables from different sectors.
Evolution of link layer loop prevention protocols

This bachelor thesis deals with the possibility of eliminating and creation loops on theData Link layer of the OSI model. At first, it was necessary to determine what arethe loops and how they are formed. Then the solution of the problem with loops waspresented as the Spanning Tree protocol, where did the protocol come from, protocoloperation, his advantages and disadvantages. In next section were discussed other vari-ants of original STP, as well as his alternatives, like for example the TRILL or the SPBprotocol. The practical part of this work is based on the theoretical and shows howSpanning Tree protocols work in practice on real devices. This part is mainly focusedto testing the speed of convergence each of protocols and also their extensions. In theend is mentioned a laboratory task, which is part of the appendices and forms the mainbenefit of the whole thesis, because future students at school subject “network architec-ture” can try to configure protocols that was mentioned above and better understandhow these protocols work.
Analysis of the property market in selected regions of the Czech Republic

The objective of the thesis „Analysis of real estate market in selected regions of the Czech Republic“ is to analyze the real estate market in two selected regions, two of thein districts and in their capital cities. The first part of the thesis focuses on the theoretical description and terms related to the real estate market. The second part targets the description, territorial development and social level of two selected district towns. In the third part, I compare and analyze the real estate market in selected regions – the South Moravian Region (Jihomoravský) and Vysočina region and in their district towns. The analysis mainly focuses on the price development of apartments in the different districts. In the last part, I compare the market aspects of the different districts with regard to my previous findings and their influence on the local property market.
Analysis of purchasing power in the Czech Republic and Portugal

Překlad abstraktu The subject of the diploma thesis «Analysis of purchasing power in the Czech Republic and Portugal» is to determine the level of purchasing power in both countries and their capitals. The first part of the thesis is focused on the theoretical description and concepts related to the real estate market. The second part focuses on the description, territorial development and social level of two selected district towns. In the third part, I compare and analyze the real estate market in selected regions, in the cities of Lisbon and Prague, and in the Czech Republic and Portugal as a whole. The analysis is primarily focused on the development of housing unit prices in individual districts. In the final part, I focus on comparing the identified differences between individual districts and their impact on purchasing power.

The aim of my thesis is to assess the effect of pumping subsidy programs for private sector competitiveness in the region's economic indicators. In my thesis I focus on the Highlands region and in it to draw grant funds from the Operational Programme "Entrepreneurship and Innovation". The result of my thesis will assess the impact of pumping subsidies for economic development by companies and then to economic development.
Communication in building a technical infrastructure for regional development

Diploma thesis „Communication In Building A Technical Infrastructure For Regional Development“ deals with communication between municipality and citizens, local technical infrastructure conditions, regional development, and municipality cooperation. In the theoretical section, there are explained basic terms and described topics of communication, technical infrastructure, and regional development. In the empirical section, there is analyzed the quantitative citizen research in the South Moravia region and the qualitative research based on interviews with mayors. The conclusion contains the evaluation of the research results and possible recommendations.
Regional energetic waste exploitation

The master’s thesis deals with technologies for energy utilisation of waste with annual treatment capacity approximately from 10 to 50 kt/year and their application in regions of the Czech Republic. In the first part of the thesis the results of heat consumption analysis in seven regions of the CR are introduced while in two selected regions a production of waste was analyzed too. The main part deals with the design of technological solution of waste-to-energy plant with medium capacity and its integration to specific conditions of the two selected regions. Alternatives of combined heat supply were assessed from waste-to-energy plant as well. A basic economic analysis that contains the estimates of incomes and capital expenditures and operating expense is a part of this thesis too.
